*The menstrual cycle teachings in this programme draw on the inner seasons framework developed by Alexandra Pope and Sjanie Hugo of Red School. Teachings about the Fertility Awareness Method by Toni Weschler and the Natural Family Planning Teacher’s Association. All knowledge shared is brought to you through my devoted years of lived practice and ongoing study.

Energetic Exchange 

  • Menstrual Magic is a fourth month journey and over this time together, we will connect nine times online through video calls. Alternatively, if you happen to be in the East London area, we could meet in person.

  • Our sessions will last 75 minutes.

    We will begin with one intention-setting session to initiate the programme, followed by eight fortnightly sessions to move through the journey together.

    • Programme Investment: £1111 to be paid in 4 monthly instalments.

    • Discounted Investment: £999 if paid in full at the beginning of the programme.


  • To fully immerse yourself in this journey, you will need:

    • An open heart and mind—ready to receive, remember, and listen.

    • A basal body thermometer with two decimal points (e.g., 36.43°C) for precise temperature tracking.

    • The Read Your Body app—our digital sanctuary for charting your unique rhythm.

    • A dedicated journal for your reflections, insights, and womb whispers.
